Centrestage’s
aim
is for young people to have
fun whilst gaining the key skills essential for their future lives.
These skills are gained through working in the performing arts.
Our mission statement ‘Confidence for Life’ places your child
Centrestage and will equip them with all the skills necessary for their future.
BUILDING
SELF ESTEEM
Centrestage is run and administered by Martyn and Jan Grogan.
They have considerable experience in the Arts and in working with young people and have been involved with the arts in education for many years. Over fifty productions of musicals and plays involving young people of all ages equip them with the skills to bring out the best in your child. They founded Winterbourne Youth Group and won many awards from the prestigious Theatre Royal Bath, In Your Own Write Festival. Several students have gone on to work in the profession and Centrestage can offer the support and confidence for your child to make the most of their opportunities and to realise their potential.
GROWING IN CONFIDENCE
Working together across the age range offers unique opportunities for developing the confidence, control and cooperation skills needed in later life. The special support and care that can be fostered from working with and understanding the demands of different ages makes Centrestage very different. Learning from each other and growing together allows the development of the communication skills and self-esteem that will make your child better able to cope with the demands of this society.
